​The following conditions will apply to all reservations booked at this Rate and will override any other conditions or policies listed on the site and we reserve the right to terminate this special without notice.

• ​​​​​​​​​​Offer valid from April 15-October 31, 2025.

• Staff are available on request on a per day basis for USD 75 per day from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

• Public Holidays and holiday weekends are not included.  The standard rate will apply to these days.        ​

• ​Rates shown above are for the entire home plus applicable taxes.  A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance will become due 30 days prior to arrival.   If a booking is made within 30 days of the arrival date, the full amount of the booking will be due.  A refundable damage deposit of USD 200 will be charged and returned in full 7 days after departure, provided no loss or damage is incurred.  A credit card is required for incidentals.

• Cancellation policy - Guests may cancel within 24 hours of booking with 100% refund if booked within the 30 day period.   If booked in advance, you may cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival with a 100% refund of your deposit.  After this any deposit made will be not refunded.

• The maximum number of persons (Adults and Children) is 6.  No exceptions.

• Check in is at 3:00PM and check out is at 12:00 PM.  Late check out is only available if there are no guests arriving on that day.  

• Guests provide their own groceries.

• Round-trip airport transfer is NOT included in this rate.

• No smoking is allowed in the villa.  A USD 250 cleaning fee will apply.

• No pets

• No parties or outside visitors allowed
